broken air conditioning dirty pool

the staff did help a bunch. i asked for towels for the waterpark, and they gave them to me. alright, i guess.

the air conditioning didn't work so well. the room felt warmer than outside. also, they say there is a pool, but it felt more like a bathtub. i don't think i saw anyone cleaning it while i was there.

helpful staff fresh ingredient refreshing escape

i found the staff helpful . breakfast each morning featured fresh, local ingredients and traditional pastries. the courtyard pool was a welcome respite from the heat.

the alley leading to the riad felt a little bit isolated late at night.

the beautiful suite included a large bedroom plus a separate living area with comfortable seating. the bathroom had dual sinks and a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room cool even during the hottest part of the day.

breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, and a selection of moroccan breads and pastries. the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views during breakfast. mint tea was available throughout the day at no charge.

the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. the main square is approximately a 15-minute walk. the souks are easily accessible, with shopping options.

attentive staff reasonable prices superb quality

The staff was attentive. Joseph was especially helpful. Dinner at the hotel was a great experience. The quality was superb. The prices were very reasonable (much better than restaurants in the Medina).

The location can be tricky to find initially. Arrange a transfer if you have luggage.

taxi drop-off no television

Breakfast was served on a wonderful rooftop.

The riad was hard to find. You must walk through the medina to reach it since the taxi drop-off is far. There was no television in the room, I thought was surprising for a hotel of this class..
